Baufinal d.o.o. has existed since 2007 and does one thing: finishing works in construction. We don't build structures, we don't sell apartments — we come in when the building is closed up and turn raw slabs and walls into surfaces ready for final finishes.

That specialisation shows in the equipment and the crews: truck pumps for lightweight concrete, screed and plaster machines, people who've done the same job for years. That's why developers like Marriott, Accor and the biggest local players let Baufinal onto sites where every storey gets measured.
