Moj Kvart is rising at Dolac Malta, next to Mercator — two blocks, one of them a 20-storey tower: 220 apartments from 39 to 158 m², three underground garage levels and ground-floor commercial space. The developer is EMAM d.o.o., with ANS Drive as main contractor — a company Baufinal has worked with since buildings like the Priests' Home and the Vogošća mixed-use block.
A 20-storey tower is a logistics test for every trade: every tonne of material has to go up, and the crane has one schedule. Machine-pumping screed directly to the storey — no crane, no hauling through the staircase — is the difference between floor works that follow the tower's pace and floor works that brake it.
On complexes of 220 apartments, quality isn't proven on the first apartment but on two hundred repetitions: the same flatness on the second floor and the twentieth, verification room by room, and a pace that never leaves tilers and parquet layers waiting.
