Roof Gardens on Trebević — around 31,000 m² in Zlatna Dolina, at ~900 m altitude, ten minutes from Sarajevo's centre: 135 apartments, 2,500 m² of commercial space, and a central 6,000 m² plaza raised above the third floor, with a 270° view of the city. Built 2022 to 2024.

The complex is designed as a “meeting place”: restaurants, children's facilities, a 2 km trail network — public spaces that see more daily traffic than an average residential building sees in a month. Floors in public and hospitality zones live a completely different life from an apartment floor: constant traffic, shop fit-outs, heavy final finishes.

For a flooring contractor, a project like this means two disciplines at once: residential storeys with the standard of a quiet, flat floor — and public areas where the base must carry stone, large-format ceramics and years of traffic. Machine installation zone by zone is the only way both get finished on time.
